Your class instructor is there to guide you through each and every step of the workout. If you have any special requests, special physical limitations, questions about how to use the app, or any other questions/concerns, simply press the “?” icon at the bottom right of your screen and your coach with be notified. Your coach will attend you as soon as possible (usually within seconds) via audio or video (FaceTime).
