Your coach will challenge you to reach various personal goals during the class. Your goals are tailored specifically to you! You can see your goal by looking at the banner at the top of your screen during 'cardio' (walking/running) segments. A green banner indicates you are on track to meet your goal- nice work! Red signifies that you need to pick up your pace in order to hit your target goal in time.
Your coach will let you know how ambitious or modified your goal is. For example, your coach might inform you that your goal is to run at a pace that is 5% faster than your warm up pace. The top banner will state your goal distance - which is based on the intensity at which you walked or ran the previous cardio segment.
Depending on the class you join, your coach may ask you to go 5%, 10%, or even 20% faster than your established warm up “base pace”.
